Robertson County Market Update
Here is the Robertson County Real Estate Market Update through October.
Through the first ten months of 2011, Robertson County Real Estate sales are down 10% compared to the same time last year. This is a 1% improvement from last month. Not only are sales down, but average sales prices are down 6.5% as well, this is a 1.5% drop from last month. Unfortunately, the average number of Days on the Market are up 10% at 106, a 2% increase from last month.
