Robertson County Real Estate Market Update

A couple of days behind normal schedule, but here is the Robertson County Real Estate Market Update through September.


Through the first nine months of 2011, Robertson County Real Estate sales are down 11% compared to the same time last year. This is a 6% improvement from last month. Not only are sales down, but average sales prices are down 5% as well, but this too is a 0.5% improvement from last month. Unfortunately, the average number of Days on the Market are up 8% at 105, but once again, a 4% improvement from last month.
