Robertson County Real Estate July 2012 Market Update

Robertson County Real Estate Update, July 2012 Market Update

The Robertson County housing market is looking good compared to last.

Through the month of July, home sales are UP 18% over the first seven months of 2011. Although the month of July was down 24% compared to July 2011.

For the year, prices still remain steady. The average sales price in Robertson County is $138,327 while the median price is $132,000 (UP $1,500 over this time last year).

What many do not realize about selling and not "making" anything on the sale, is that there is a very good chance that you are going to gain it on the purchase. The house you are selling may not have the price tag it would have in 2006-2007, yet the home you are buying won't either. With interest rates as low as they are you may even be able to buy more house and have a smaller payment.

Are You thinking about Selling your home and not sure what it's worth in todays market? How about a FREE Market Analysis to let you know if the time is right or you.
