Robertson County Real Estate April 2012 Market Update
The Robertson County housing market is still moving.
Through the month of April, housing sales were UP 30% over the first four months of 2011. April alone was up 25% over last year.
For the year, prices remain steady. The average sales price in Robertson County is $135, 386 while the median price is $130,000 (UP $3,750 over this time last year).
Days on the Market (DOM) for the year are flat, at 106 days. Closed sales in April had an average of 93 Days on Market.
Interest rates remain at all time lows making this an excellent opportunity for home buyers, especially first time buyers. Often times a first time buyer, with today's rates and prices can purchase a home for less than what they currently pay in rent.
