Robertson County Real Estate Update for February 2013
In Robertson County the real estate market is still seeing improvement over the same timeframe for last year.
February 2013 saw an increase of homes sold and increase of the average sales price and the number of days a home was on the market before receiving a binding contract fell by 7 days. All good news.
For the first two months of 2013 we have seen:
an Increase of 9% in home sales (108)
an 8.5% Increase in Average Sales Price ($147,199)
a Decrease of days on the market by 17 days now at 92 DOM

If you are thinking about buying, do NOT wait. Prices could continue to increase and the same home may cost you more.
If you are thinking about selling, do NOT wait. The market is hot!
If you need help with either, do NOT wait, call now! or email, smoke signal, Facebook, Twitter ......however you need to get in touch, just do it.
