Robertson County Real Estate Update for May 2013

Once again the numbers are in and things continue to look good for the Robertson County real estate market. 

When comparing sales of January through May:

2013 sales were UP 15% over 2012

Average Sales Prices were UP 13%

Median Sales Prices were UP 7.5%

Average Days on Market DOWN 10%

When comparing May 2012 and May 2013:

May 2013 sales were UP 13.5%

Average Sales Prices were UP 14.5%

May was a slower month than April with sales dropping off a bit along with prices for the month. However, the year continues to out pace last year and that is always good news.
