The Robertson County housing market is looking good compared to last.

Through the month of July, home sales are UP 18% over the first seven months of 2011. Although the month of July was down 24% compared to July 2011.

For the year, prices still remain steady. The average sales price in Robertson County is $138,327 while the median price is $132,000 (UP $1,500 over this time last year).

Days on the Market (DOM) for the year are DOWN 12% at 99 days.

Interest rates continue to remain at all time lows making this an excellent opportunity for home buyers. 

What many do not realize about selling and not "making" anything on the sale, is that there is a very good chance that you are going to gain it on the purchase. The house you are selling may not have the price tag it would have in 2006-2007, yet the home you are buying won't either. Robertson County Market Update for May 2011
Homes sales are down 25% in 2011 vs 2010 after the first 5 months.
Average sales prices are down 5% ($137,399)
Days on the market are up 13% (111)
