Robertson County Real Estate Market Update for October 2012


Good news, the market is still up over this time last year. 

The Robertson County housing market saw a 1% drop from last months report, however our local market is still UP 19% over the first ten months of 2011. 

Average home sale prices have risen and are UP $1,328 with the average sales price at $142,819. The median price has dropped to $130,110 (down $1,640) from last year. 

The average Days on the Market (DOM) for the year are DOWN 10%, currently at 96. 

More good news is that the average List Price to Sales Price is still at 96%. Meaning if your home is properly price it should sale for at least 96% of your current list price. 

Interest rates are still at crazy lows providing an wonderful opportunity for home buyers. If you are still thinking about being in a new home by the end of the year, your time is running out.
